Price Information

All prices are in euros, per apartment and per night, excluding meals.
The following services are included in the price: VAT, final cleaning, use of the sauna, and the mobility card.

Additional charges:

Local tax & mobility fee of €2.55 per person per night (for guests aged 15 and over).

Prices are valid for stays of 7 nights or more.

During the period from May 15, 2025 to October 31, 2025, the "Kaprun - Zell am See" map is also included in the price.

Facilities at the Apartment House

Guests have access to a sauna, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer.
A ski and boot storage room is located in the basement of the building.
We kindly ask you to store your ski equipment exclusively in the ski storage room.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount per apartment or room.
Immediately after completing your booking, you will receive a payment link by email, allowing you to make the deposit conveniently.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than upon arrival or via our self-check-in terminal on site.

Please note:
In the case of late arrival or early departure, the entire booked stay will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation after booking, 50% of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Unfortunately, the deposit cannot be refunded in this case.

Arrival and departure:

Apartments and rooms are available from 15.00 on the day of arrival and until 09.30 on the day of departure.
We have a self-check-in facility, so a later arrival is also possible.

Advance payment

To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 50% per apartment or room. Immediately after booking you will receive an access link for payment via e-mail.

Please pay the rest before your arrival or when you arrive at our self-check-in facility!
In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire period booked will be charged.
